How are you today ? Hope you'll have a good week end. I'm so sorry to don't post often. I have a lot of appointment about my future house ! Yes, I'm so happy : My husband and I decided to have our own house. It's a lot of work, we think about our future house plan. I must save all my money for my future furnitures *haha*

The best surprise of this week, I received the paper format of Gal Vip Magazine. I prefer the paper format ; It's an unique experience to be a model & it'll stay a very good memories forever.

◥ My last création : Big rose with pearls.

 The hair accessories for Hime gyaru or Agejo are very expensive in Japan. I wanted to create for a less price a very cute hair accessory. What do you think about ? [Another idea for my Youtube channel *haha*]

◥ Fitness

I finish this post with the best new. I join a fitness club last week ! I enjoy every moment ; I feel better in my body & in my head. [UNPACKING] Japanese Foods & Cosmetics

Dear Gals,

How are You ? I made a new video about a package I received few days ago. I would like to thanks Sanagi Atelier [Click on the link to see her creations !!]. She creates false nails, clothes, accessories. She is inspired by Japanese Culture.

During her travel, she gave the possibility for her followers to have a box with a particular theme. Unfortunately, that's a  exeptionnal service because she come back to France soon ! 

You can see my unpacking in this video. [French video] I'm really crazy. When I'm happy, I feel a little stupid. [Just a little]

I could test [Yes, I say a lot of this word] some japanese foods. I can to say more about it.

◥ Pocky - Mix of chocolate et Green Tea [绿茶]

I like pocky, Green tea is a new flavor I taste. I like the mix between chocolate & Green Tea. It's special, it's new. Perfect for a break.

◥ Jelly of Konjac "white peach" [コンニャク]

Well, Ok, I was wrong especially since I had a letter about it. After some research, this product is not a jam but it's a Jelly of konjac. After the warning of the creator, I wanted to know more. Indeed, there is a risk of suffocation. This is a reason which it's not selling in Europe.

It's a diet product popular in Japan. It's low or without calorie. This product have the effect to satisfy. Un  good discovery, I want it in my diet routine.

◥ Kiki & Lala konpeitō candys.

The Little Twin Stars Kiki & Lala : It's the famous characters in Japan. It's a pack of konpeitō. It's sugar lightly flavored with a stars form. It's really special to eat. I've the feeling to eat white sugar.

◥ Pocky Panda


Cute pocky panda with a chocolate biscuit & coating cream. I like it. [Oh oh I'll take weight] Howerver, I prefer Green Tea Pocky.

◥ Dorachoco (Dorayaki Chocolate)

It's Japanese pancake sandwich with chocolate custard. Dorayaki is a Japanese traditional dessert [& the favourite dessert of Doraemon]  . It exist a version with maple syrup.

A lot of discovery for today and it was interesting to know more about  japanese food speciality. Unfortunately, It's a little part of japanese food. Thank you again Sanagi Atelier to give me this lucky. 

[DIET] Bilan semaine 2 & 3

Coucou les Gals,

Comment allez vous ? Oui, pas de Vlog depuis deux semaines, je n'ai pas trouvé le temps de prendre le temps de tout vous expliquez en vidéo, suite à de nombreux problèmes personnels. [Olalala, toujours des problèmes] Je vais donc quand même prendre le temps de vous faire un résumé sur mon blog, pas très glorieux de la semaine 2 et 3

◥ Semaine 2 - Stress moi si tu peux

Tout commencé tellement bien, les journées étaient belle et ensoleillés... Il a suffit qu'un événement important pour mon avenir professionnel se pointe à l'horizon. Je suis une boule de nerf, de stress, je souffre d'insomnie... Je souffre, parce que mon seul soulagement, c'est les bons petits plats. Je vous avoue que je n'arrive pas à combler ce manque avec une barre hypoprotéinée. J'ai eu besoin de plus que ça...

Donc bilan sur la balance - 800g, je me suis laissée submerger.

Cou : -1 cm
Taille : -1cm
Hanches : -1cm

Cuisses : -1cm

◥ Semaine 3 - La culpabilité frappe à ma porte

Oui après cette semaine compliqué, on se demande si on va pouvoir remonter la pente. On se sent faible, le moral chute, la motivation doute. Je me suis battue contre moi même contre mes envies de boulimique. C'est un cercle vicieux, quand ça ne va pas, j'ai besoin de me remplir.

Bilan sur la balance -1kg, pas si mal

Je suis stable pour mes mesures. Pas de perte.

Pour la semaine 4, je passe en stabilisation pour 2 semaines. Je pense qu'il est important de stopper et de casser ce cercle vicieux en réintégrant plus d'aliments. Je compte bien m'en sortir ♥ ♥

[DIET] My loss of weight - Before & During

In 2010 - 2011

Dear Gals !

A short special update about my diet and to summarize. If you've got my facebook [Nicole Astralys Ginger], You saw my big loss of weight. I'had a comment to ask me if I always to Dukan diet.

The answers is "no".  I do the dukan diet in the beginning of the 2013 year. I had a lot of personnal [particulary my health and work is incompatible] problem who convice me to stop. This diet is very hard, I was worried and frustrated. I had need to eat normaly.

With the Dukan Diet, I lost 12 kilos.

I stopped the dukan diet progressively. I'm very glad to don't take weight. I'm stable.I do more sport and I do a new diet to lost the last kilos. On this day, I try another diet more healthy and I feel totally less frustrated. I'll do a video to speak about the concept of this diet when I'll finish it. Since January, I lost 17 Kilos. 

Originally, I weighed 94 kilos. Today, I weigh 69 kilos.

I need to lost 10 kilos again to achieve my goal. I hope to will show you the final result... I'm motivate, I carry on to believe in me. Tomorrow, I'll go to Paris for Tokyo Crazy Kawaii. Hope to see you !!

Western Style & Ora Ora Style

Hi Gals,


A faster update, again. I've a lot of project for my blog. I try to improve more and more my style. I lost 10 kilos since the beginning of my diet. It's a big motivate. I'll do an update soon about it. I show you two style who I like.

The first one is a totally look "western". It's my favourite style for spring & summer. I bought the D.i.a. onepiece to my lovely Céline. I love it, no regret. ♥ ♥

The second outfit is an Ora style. I would like just to show you a unique present by Céline for my birthday. She made herself this hoodie. She know how to give me lot of pleasure : Black, gold and skull. Thank you ! I like this hoodie so much. She must to do a tutoriel with me. Go ! Go ! Go, Princess Ly. (☠ DIY : d.i.a. hoodie ★)

⊗ ⊗ My wishlist for this summer

Hi Gals,

The sun is back. Tomorrow, it's the summer ! I would like a lot of things, so I do a quick update about my future purchases. Enjoy it ~

∴ Bohemia Style 

I like rokku style but now I'm falling in love to this style. It's a style elegant, smart, wild. The texture is light, the color correspond with my white skin and my ginger hair. I can wear this style everywhere. I think, it's one of the style of this summer. You can wear turquoise accessories. I love a touch of this color in my coordination. And you ? 

∴ Wayfarer - Like (Or by Rayban)

It is difficult, with my ginger hair, to combine a sexy look on the beach. I want to protect my eyes with style. It's a must have this summer. All the stars and  gyaru wear it.

Why are these glasses? Completly in love too. I don't look like a pretentious person and I avoid banality. These are glasses that can go anywhere, in a rock style, bohemian/hippie style ( My two favorite styles) but also before going to the beach with a long beachdress.

∴ Rokku forever

Glavil by TutuHa & D.i.a. are my favorite brand for a rokku style. (D.i.a. mainly for a bohemia style *huhu*) Glavil by TutuHa it's not very a brand for a summer but I can resist to see all this dress, accessories, top... I want catch all of them.

I will buy the leopard dress on the picture. Yes, I have two of this dress. (When I like, I want all the colours) 

∴ To loose weight

Yeah... On a diet forever. It's difficult with my studies to do a diet. I will start again soon. I must to have more will power. I eat more healthy but it's no enough.
